Go watch the speeches (they are all on the net) and listen to the actual words spoken by both candidates. Now I listen to all (without prediciding based on a flawed ideology), do some research and make a rational decision from there. Try it once in a while before yapping.

Culturally bribes are considered POLITE business practical in the middle east. The tradition ingrained over thousands of years - probably as the bribe is start up money and the only assured profit.

Of course the US Supreme Court has ruled that its jurisdiction and US laws have unlimited extent. Where Americans are involved, foreign laws and traditions will be ignored if brought to the official attention of the federal court system.
